So, I decided to re-start my blogging last week after reading lots of blogs out there about beer and brewing, and thinking "hey, I have a lot of cool stuff to say too!".
It will be a collaborative effort between my fiance and I. Things we will put up on here are notes about specific beers we are drinking and whether or not we like it, we'll offer an opinion. We will also be following the progress of several types of beer we have bottled, fermenting and stuff while we brew. I am sure other little tidbits will fall into the blog too such as cooking with is really one of my first loves. I hope to have my first "real" post up Sunday as we are doing a Dogfish Head 90 minute clone which I am really excited about!
